Big News: Pleasant Family Medicine is Moving!
We are excited to announce that Pleasant Family Medicine will be relocating to a new address. This move will allow us to continue providing you with the high-quality care and services you expect in a more convenient, modern setting.
Our new permanent home will be located at 103 W. St. Clair Street, 2nd Floor (across from Warren General Hospital), featuring on-site parking and full elevator accessibility. All appointments scheduled on or after March 16, 2026, will take place at this new location. Please note that our phone numbers, providers, and hours of operation will remain the same unless otherwise communicated.
Important: Our "Moving Week" Guide
To ensure we can continue seeing patients during our physical move, we will have a brief transition period.
Our office staff will be contacting all patients with appointments scheduled during the week of March 9-13th to inform you what temporary location your provider will be seeing you.
