VISITING HOURS
MSAC and CCU visiting hours are 10 am - 8 pm.
Behavioral Health Unit visiting hours are 6 pm-7 pm.
Maternity visiting hours are 2 pm-6 pm with accommodations as necessary. The support person can have 24-hour support for patients in labor.
HOSPITAL VISITATION POLICY
All individuals entering Warren General Hospital will be asked to follow the posted guidance related to masking in the facility. Masks are required to be worn at all times by all individuals above the age of 2 if they are experiencing signs of illness and in certain areas of the hospital.
All visitors will be expected to:
be without symptoms of cough, fever, or shortness of breath
Wear a mask in designated areas of the facility and/or when requested by any staff member
Limit travel outside of the patient room and waiting areas
Check-in at the nurse's station prior to entering a patient room
Wear additional PPE at the direction of the RN when visiting a patient with known or suspected COVID-19
Generally, no visitors will be permitted at the Cancer Center, except:
Parents with minor child
Patient having a first-time consultation
The patient having chemotherapy for the first time
Any time decision-making is needed or new information is to be shared
End of life
Patients who are known or suspected to have COVID-19 will not be permitted to have visitors except:
Patients who are at the end of their life
Patients with other extenuating circumstances and specific approval by the attending physician
