Nursing Educator & Supervisor (RN)
This is a full-time, salaried position that works in two capacities for a full-time schedule:
1. As the Nursing Educator (RN) you responsible for overall management of internal-educational opportunities within Warren General Hospital, as well as the coordination of all onsite nursing school clinical activities.
2. As the Nursing Supervisor (RN) you are responsible for ensuring quality patient care by performing administrative and clinical duties, such as monitoring patient care quality, assisting with treatment plans, handling complaints, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
What You Need To Be Successful:
Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing with an active Pennsylvania RN license; Bachelor's degree preferred
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility to work varying schedules as needed, including evenings and weekends
Minimum of 3 years nursing experience in an acute care organization
