Growing the Next Generation of Local Healthcare Professionals
Warren General Hospital (WGH) is proud to announce a powerful new partnership with the Warren County School District (WCSD) and the Community Foundation of Warren County to cultivate a sustainable, homegrown healthcare workforce right here in our community. This partnership is focused on engaging local students and showing them the diverse, rewarding career opportunities available within their own community hospital. By collaborating with our partners, WGH is investing in the future of Warren County, ensuring we have a pipeline of skilled, dedicated professionals ready to sustain and strengthen the quality healthcare our community deserves.
The opportunity is structured into a comprehensive four-step program designed to guide students from initial exposure to career readiness:
