We are committed to provide imaging services of the highest quality in a setting dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care and service. From the moment a patient calls to schedule an appointment, we strive to provide a comfortable, positive experience that puts the patient first. 

Our Technologists and Radiologists

Our technologists and board-certified radiologists are highly skilled and dedicated to providing personalized service and accurate, expert imaging and interpretation.

Warren General offers a full-service Imaging Department, certified by the American College of Radiology in CT, Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT and Ultrasound.

In order to maintain the highest level of quality within the department, all of our imaging technologists are certified and recognized by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography, or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.

Board-certified radiologists are also experienced and experts in a number of subspecialties that include: Body Imaging, Breast Imaging, General Interventional Radiology, Musculoskeletal Imaging, Neurology, Nuclear Radiology, Pediatric Neuroradiology, Pediatric Radiology.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of specialized diagnostic and therapeutic services on both an inpatient and outpatient basis.

We are also committed to working with your provider to ensure timely and convenient scheduling of appointments and follow-up with results.

If you have questions about a specific test, call and ask to speak to a technologist directly. We will be happy to explain any procedure and answer your questions directly to put you at ease. 


How to Schedule an Appointment

Patients may schedule an appointment directly, but must bring a completed physician referral form (order form) with them to the appointment. Your provider’s office can also call to schedule appointments. Most appointments are scheduled through provider offices.

Registration

Enter our Outpatient Lobby using Entrance “1”.  Registration is located in the main area just off to the left.  Sign in at the Registration Podium. Please bring photo ID and updated insurance cards with you.  Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Hours of Operation & Contact Information

We are open 24/7/365 for inpatient and emergency room patients in need of immediate diagnostic testing. 

Scheduling Office Hours: 7:30am-5pm

General X-Ray Hours: 7:30am-7pm

Most scheduled appointment times are offered Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm.*

*Need an off-hour appointment time?  We can readily accommodate most appointment times to fit your specific needs.
