Warren General Hospital will no longer allow visitors. This is out of an abundance of caution due to increased Covid-19 activity in the Warren County area and across the region. Several exceptions will remain in place, including:
- One support person for surgical patients
- One support person for ER patients
- One parent/guardian with a minor child
- One support person for laboring mothers
- End-of-life patients may have visitors as permitted by their attending physician
- WMG, RehabWorks, and Wound Care patients are permitted to have one healthy person accompany them to their appointments
Any person entering WGH or WMG must be screened at the entrance and will be required to wear a mask at all times. All support persons must be 18 years of age or older, and the support person must remain the same person throughout the stay.
Any patient who is positive or under investigation, for Covid-19, will not be permitted to have visitors at any time.
Thank You, WGH.
