Our goal is to provide excellence in community health with quality and compassion.
Warren General Hospital’s Emergency Care Center (ECC) is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week to treat emergencies of which is any illness or injury that can't wait for an examination by a family physician.
Upon your arrival at the ECC, an experienced triage nurse will perform an assessment of you or your loved one. Triage is the clinical process of prioritizing and assessing the severity of the patient’s medical condition. This information helps to prioritize patients based on the urgency of their symptoms.
Warren General Hospital is here to satisfy every patient’s needs, either through admission and treatment or by an appropriate referral to another service outside of the hospital. We work to ensure that everyone receives the appropriate care within a reasonable period of time. We know that a visit to the Emergency Care Center can be an upsetting, unexpected and even a frightening experience for some people. Please know that our staff is highly trained and will provide you or your loved one the best care possible.
Contact our ECC department at (814) 726-2510, day or night with any questions you may have.
While you are at ECC, if you have questions at any stage of your evaluation and treatment, please do not hesitate to ask.
