Who We Are

With the cooperation and support of the United Fund, the Crescent Park Dental Clinic has been providing dental services since December of 1999. The clinic, part of Warren General Hospital, a not-for-profit organization, was established to provide dental services to Warren and Forest Counties, primarily for those who have limited access to care due to lack of financial resources, specifically targeting the child population.

Tooth decay affects more than 49% of children and children in low-income households are more than three times less likely to get access to dental care. The clinic provides dental screens every year with the Head Start Program, where each child receives a toothbrush and dental floss, along with instruction and education on proper dental hygiene.

Meet Dr. Rockwell

Theodore Rockwell, DMD, provides primary dental services at CPDC. Dr. Rockwell, a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine has relocated to Warren following a tour of service in Iraq. Dr. Rockwell, a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Detachment of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, is a Lieutenant Colonel.
