Now Is The Time to Apply for an Auxiliary Health-Related Scholarship

First time applicants must write a letter, postmarked by March 12, 2010, which includes:
1. Their interest in the health care field
2. Financial need
3. Their experience (if any) in the health care field
4. Volunteer experience/employment
5. When & where they plan to take their training. 

Remember, an applicant must be enrolled/accepted as a full time student.  If all criteria are met, an official application will be sent to the applicant.   The official application must then be completed and returned on time, postmarked no later than April 9, 2010.  Applicants must also mail a copy of their financial form (SAR or FAFSA), copy of original grade transcript and recommendations from 3 unrelated persons. A personal interview will be arranged between April 9, 2010 and the end of May 2010. Prior eligible applicants must provide their updated information postmarked by Friday April 9, 2010 to be considered. Scholarship money may be used for tuition, room & board and/or books.
